We've got the perfect program for you no matter your current experience or fitness goals. We’ve raised the bar for functional training with different options depending on your goals - our One Shot 45 classes or Personal Training. No matter if you’re looking for the most intense workout in the world or you’re just interested in getting a great sweat in for 45 minutes…we've got you covered.

Step 1: No Sweat Intro

When someone wants to get started at One Shot, our preferred method is to first sit down for a No Sweat Intro.


Our No Sweat Intro is a planning consultation with one of our coaches.   During this planning session, the coach will listen to your goals, preferences, and obstacles and HELP construct a plan tailored specifically towards you and your situation.   This session typically takes around 20-30 minutes.


We do this for multiple reasons.

Every person and every situation is a little bit different.  We want to get to know you.   We like people and want to know you on a personal level.  We want to know your story. Getting to know you is the fastest way to start actually helping you.  We can talk about your fears (we have them too), your injuries (we’ve been there), what you’ve tried before (we’ve tried lots) and where you want to go.

We want you to get to know us.    You may have questions, or you may just want to make sure we are legit.   We want you to be comfortable knowing who we are.

Most importantly we offer multiple options for getting fit.   We want to help you find the right option for you.  We can give you a clear recommendation of what will be the most effective path forward for you.

Its Free.    You will come away with a recommendation at no cost.   Sure we can sign you up on the spot if that’s what you want, but either way the consultation doesn’t cost anything more than a little bit of time from your day.

Our coaching process is a very personal connection.   We offer the No Sweat Intro to break the ice and start the process of getting to know you, while you get to know us.    Each time we meet, either in a class, or at an event, or even the grocery store that connection grows stronger and we can continually adapt and learn.

On Ramp Program

It's just as we say, our On Ramp Class. Our 45 minute class. We offer this to beginners, novice and advanced fitness clients. It's a period of refinement you cannot get in a large class.

For Beginners, our On Ramp sessions are the fastest path to learn One Shot's methods. The goal is proficiency and habit building under the watchful eye of a professional coach.

For Novice, our On Ramp sessions give you the opportunity to upgrade the basics, to moderate or eliminate a weakness, and to develop proficiency in something more advanced.

For Advanced, our On Ramp sessions are a period of focused coaching on specific weaknesses. The more experienced you are, the more 1 on 1 attention you need to get better at the One Shot method of fitness. 

*On Ramp is an opportunity to improve rapidly and is mandatory for all new group coaching clients.

Personal Training

One on one personal training is intended for individuals interested in putting in the extra work with a qualified coach on top of scheduled classes, or for those of you where group training is not your jam. Your chosen coach will go through a list of goals and will privately schedule training based on your schedule.

Semi-Private Training

The goal with semi-Private is to provide a more specialized or individual programming based on your goals, but in the presence of 4-5 others who feel the same!

Think of it as--I don't want to train alone, but I do want a specialized program with the hype of others cheering me on without being in a large group class!

Group Class

Our 45 minute class. At One Shot, we put you through high intensity training at it’s finest. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements - everything from cardio and gymnastics to power lifting and olympic lifting. Every day brings something new, so get ready to get after it!

One on One Nutrition Coaching

Our goal is to teach you how to eat for longevity and stop the crash yo-yo dieting. We work on what we believe to be the foundational pillars of our health (Nutrition, Movement, Mindset, Sleep, Hydration, and FUN!) and we teach you how to build better habits.

  • A one-on-one consultation
  • Recommended calories based on your goals
